Description
Land located in the industrial park area of Adaúfe, with approximately 3 hectares, which is distributed as follows:
Land for industrial and storage buildings AE1 - 11,000sqm (approximately)
Predominantly large or medium-sized industrial area .
Buildable Land - 3,000sqm (approximately)
Low-density urban spaces - BD1 have the following characteristics:
a) The dominant typology is single-family housing (detached or detached) with others being admitted in situations of closure or urban continuity, as long as they are urbanistically framed within the immediate surroundings;
b) They are considered as complementary uses to the residential one, in this subcategory of space, as long as it verifies that there is no relevant impact on the urban and environmental balance and are not likely to generate conditions of incompatibility of in accordance with Article 11 and as long as they are urbanistically framed within the immediate surroundings (block), the equipment, commerce, services and industrial establishments provided for in Annex V of the PDM regulations.
Land of Agricultural spaces - 10,000sqm (approximately )
Land of green spaces within the EV2 framework - 6,000sqm (approximately) Area of priority environmental interest.
Note: The Cávado Variant is planned to be built within the PDM, as can be seen in the images in this advertisement, although it does not yet exist a scheduled date for its construction.
